Ray served as Middle School Pastor at Victory Outreach Chino for OVER 10 YEARS. He, his wife, and two children now have dedicated their efforts to helping build the Kingdom of God, and in particular to minister and develop leadership for the middle school age group. Oh and he really likes string cheese and yoohoo!
